In addition to in-house Programs, MARC also provides two General Seminars conducted annually in Virtual format. This will accommodate Supervisors that may not have been available for an in-house program or are recently appointed. General Seminars are also more economical for clients who may not have enough participants to justify the cost of an in-house. General Seminars are also a great way to bring Union Representatives into the MARC process.
