Steve is a Human Resource professional with more than 30 years of experience in Labor Relations. Over his career he has overseen or directly handled hundreds of grievances and served as an advisor to or conducted numerous employee investigations. As an advocate for management, he presented arbitration cases and was the chief negotiator for management in multiple labor negotiations. Steve also has extensive experience in designing and presenting leadership training in both unionized and non-union environments.
